Each year the Methodist Church in Ireland sets aside Home Mission Sunday to focus on local mission and to raise money to support mission initiatives throughout Ireland.
The theme for the Home Mission Sunday service 2023 is ‘Grow together, Go together’.
Through hearing stories from across the island and reflecting on the call of the first disciples in Luke 5:1-11, this service explores what it means to grow together as followers of Jesus and to go together on mission in the places that we find ourselves.
