The Rev. Dr. Laurence Graham, President of the Methodist Church in Ireland, has along with other Church Leaders issued the following statement.

A delegation from the Irish Council of Churches made a study visit to the EU institutions from 28–30 November 2017. The visit included meetings with officials from the European Commission, Members of the European Parliament, the Northern Ireland Executive Office, representatives of the Task Force on Article 50 negotiations with the UK, and the Irish Permanent Representation. The visit was organised and facilitated by the EU Commission office in Belfast. 

"Methodist Community Opens Doors to Catholic Mass-Goers"

 The local Methodist congregation in Inishowen has welcomed the Catholic community to use it's hall while St Pius X Church is under refurbishment.

"We were only to happy to help out while the chapel undergoes renovation. We have been working together for many years and have held numerous joint services, including the Blessing of the Fleet, Christmas Carol Service and a Pentecostal service" Revd Alison said.
