Songs of Fellowship range - Kingsway Music
The "Songs of Fellowship Combined" volume (two music books) contains over 1100 songs for worship from ancient hymns to songs written in 1998. Particularly helpful is the floppy disc that comes with Volume 2, which holds the words for all the songs - ideal for printing service sheets, acetates or PowerPoint. "The Event Songbook" (formerly known as the "New Songs and Stoneleigh" books), released each year, contains songs written or discovered since Songs of Fellowship 2 was published. Recently published: "Songs of Fellowship for small groups" - a case with music, song sheets and sing-along CDs for small-group worship.

The Source range - compiled by Graham Kendrick - Kevin Mayhew
This series has a similar selection as Songs of Fellowship. If you're looking for a song in a different key, "The Source" could be useful as many have been transposed for easy singing. Also available are books containing parts for trumpet/ saxophone/ clarinet/ etc.

Mission Praise range - Harper Collins
This series has come a long way from the 'blue book' of the eighties - now know as "Complete Mission Praise", it's a mixture between SoF and The Source. A late-comer to the new round of books, so not as popular as its predecessor, "Mission Praise Combined".

Kidsource - compiled by Capt. Alan Price - Kevin Mayhew
A great resource for children's (and all-age) worship, including many new songs as well as the golden oldies. The selection has been made with the intention of helping children to sing their Faith.

Hymns and Psalms - Methodist Publishing House
This resource of hymns, both ancient and modern, is used in Methodist churches across Britain and Ireland as well as a devotional aid in many homes. Rich in theology and poetry, sometimes we don't realise what we're singing until we take some time to carefully read and understand the words...
