Founded in 1845 by the Methodist Church, Wesley College, Dublin, was the first Irish school to provide co-education. Originally located at St. Stephen’s Green, Wesley moved in 1969 to Ballinteer, a South Dublin suburb close to the Dublin Mountains. Here, extensive lands provided the opportunity to locate and develop the College’s teaching, residential and sports facilities as a single campus-style complex comprising a number of educational and residential blocks with adjacent sports facilities.
