Friday 18 , Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 June : Loop Head, Scattery Island and Kilkee. Theme - the wider world

Friday 17, Saturday 18,  Sunday 19 September: Diseart O'Dea to Kilfenora.

Join a band of people from various churches and none, in walking these ancient routes We walk at a gentle pace so that we can meet each day with other walkers, local people and visitors. You can join us for any part, or all, of the routes. There will be places to rest and pray together, to enjoy the wildlife and to sing together. Bring an instrument if you play, and a packed lunch. No need to book except for Inis Cultra and Scattery Island.

The prayer walks are part of a pioneer ministry of the Methodist Church.

Friday 17 September 11.00 am at Clare Archaeological Centre car park. To high cross and Díseart Tóla monastic site. Leave by road, turn right . Meet 1.00pm at Rath. To Corofin. 4 pm. Closing at Heritage Centre

Saturday 18 September 10 am Corofin Heritage Centre. Left at end of village, round inchiquin Lough. 6km. 12.30 pm Crossard . 2.30 pm To Kilnaboy 5 km. 3.45 pm To Parktnabinna wedge tomb 5km. End 5pm.

Sunday 19 September Meet 11.00 a.m. at Kilnaboy. 12 km walk by back roads to Kilfenora. Ends 2pm in old church.

What you need: stout shoes, raingear and a packed lunch each day. We will unite people with transport at the end of each walk.
