
President's Comments on meeting the Bloody Sunday Families in Londonderry

The President of the Methodist Church in Ireland, the Rev. Paul Kingston commenting on his meeting in Londonderry with the "Bloody Sunday Families" in company with Bishop Ken Good and Dr. Norman Hamilton, Moderator of the Presbyterian Church in Ireland said,
"I was impressed by the warmth of the welcome which we received from the families and to hear their human stories told without political rancour.
The President also said:
"I hope the response to the Saville Report will mark the beginning of a new peace and togetherness in the City"
