
Designation of President

At its Annual Conference held in Dublin the members elected the Rev. Paul Kingston as President designate for the year 2010-2011.
The 63 year old Rev. Kingston, who is a native of West Cork, entered Edgehill Theological College in 1970 and has served in Methodist Circuits in both parts of the Island. He is currently Circuit Superintendent of the Adare and Ballingrane Circuit in County Limerick. Married to Edna, the President designate has three adult sons. He will be installed at President of the Methodist Church in Ireland when the Conference meets in Belfast on 10th June 2010.
