| The Out of School class for Dalit and especially underprivileged children, who cannot afford to go to school. The classes are run from 7-9am and the teacher, Jothi Thapa, is a member of a mother's group in Hemja. Her salary is paid by the Child Welfare Concern NGO, but she is monitored and supported by Kopila. |

| Women have benefited from a credit, through a parents group. Padma Nepali in her field of potatoes which she is now able to grow. | | Kuldeep Poudel is a key community member in Hemja. He is a member of the school management committee, an active member of the parents group and also helps the child clubs with their performances. |
