Resources

There are now a number of very good resources available to promote and understand the work of MMS(I). Any requests for resources should be directed through the office.

Annual reports

Annual reports with news, stories and pictures are sent to all churches. Also offering envelopes are sent. This is usually done in early January.

Mission Partner prayer points

Monthly prayer points are emailed (only) from the office. Contact us. They can be used by individuals or you could copy them for your church or group.

theWORKS

This is a brief single sheet with snippets of info, news from MMS(I) and the Methodist World Development and Relief Fund and ideas for individuals, groups and churches. It is emailed (only) several times a year to those who receive the monthly prayer points.

Videos (DVD format)

One disc (can be obtained from office) containing:

  • Interviews with each of the six Mission Partner families
  • Short video with music, presenting the various facets of MMS(I)'s work
  • Short video explaining JMA and its 2008 project, a school in Kibera, Kenya

Powerpoints

One disc (can be obtained from office) containing:

  • Slides of individual Mission Partners or download
  • Slide of all 6 Mission Partners together or download
  • Slide of EEP volunteer or download
  • Slide presentation explaining work of Junior Mission for All or download
  • Slide presentation with music of all currently supported projects or download

This disc also contains the World Development and Relief Fund project presentation. This can be downloaded from the WDRF website.

Prayer cards

Brand new prayer cards for each of our Mission Partners are available (January 2008). A small quantity has already been sent to all churches.
