How to book
The cost of the event is £13/€19 or £10/€15 if booking is received before 31st January 2009. There is no charge for those aged 16 or under. Confirmation and further details will be sent as soon as possible after booking is received.
Please complete and print out this form and use the Seminar Choices form to record the names of all those attending each with 4 seminars in order of preference (two will be allocated).
