Fund raising in Down District Some ideas from Carnalea, Ballynahinch and Donaghadee Night and Day of Prayer Our hope is that every church across this island would commit once again to one 24 hour period of prayer, beginning on Saturday the 20th November and ending up with a family service on the Sunday morning. An Island and church, people of all ages, united in prayers of praise, request and repentance, night and day, with our ears open to hear what God might say to His people. The focus is on mission, our presence in the communities and country we belong to, that we might be envisioned and challenged once again, to be sent out to fulfill God's mission in this land. Resources will be posted here from late July and you'll be able to sign up your church to be part of this exciting initiative. Read a short update on the last Night and Day prayer weekend which was held on September 2009 and if you still want to use the resources you'll find them here on the Night and Day of Prayer web page . |
