About Us
No9 Resource Centre is a ministry of the Methodist Church in Ireland, through Edgehill Christian Education Centre (based at Edgehill College in Belfast, Northern Ireland). We want to see the right resources in your hands, to equip you in your service of God. Making A Purchase
Browse our shelves, then click on 'add to cart' for any items that you wish to buy. You can continue browsing and make more selections. When you're done, click on "checkout" - this will bring you through a few screens, asking for your details and whether you'd prefer to collect from the shop or have us post your order.
We accept most major credit cards through WorldPay's secure online service. If you are shopping from the Republic of Ireland, Europe, North America or anywhere else, you will be able to place your order in Pounds Sterling and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euro, US Dollars or your own currency.
If you have ordered an item that is not currently in stock you will have the option of cancelling your order and your credit card will be refunded the appropriate amount.
Shipping And Handling
As you progress through the checkout, your delivery charges will be calculated and updated. If your country is not shown in the list then please send us an e-mail or call us regarding delivery. We hope you will find our delivery costs to be helpfully low!
If you can collect your order directly from No 9 Resource Centre in Belfast there will (obviously!) be no delivery charge - please select "Collect from shop" as your shipping option and your items will be held for two weeks.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to pack and send your order the day we receive it. We carry a small stock of most items on the website, so larger orders may take a few days extra. We will contact you if there is a delay from our suppliers. You can ask us to refund the charge on your credit card if you prefer not to wait.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
VAT is included, where appropriate, in the prices you see on this website.
Credit Card Security
Your credit card details are handled securely by WorldPay, a company renowned for its security and reliability. We do not see, use or store your details on our website or in our offices. Please make sure the 'padlock' symbol is displayed when entering your details on the WorldPay payment page.

We want to have happy customers! So we do our best to get the things you need, at the price you can afford, to equip your ministry. If you feel we haven't done a good job please let us know.

Privacy Policy
No9 Resource Centre do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.
Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your goods when you receive them (eg broken CD case), please contact us so we can arrange for their return and/or replacement. Please do not return items without contacting us in advance. The seal on CDs/Videos etc must not be broken if they are to be returned. You have the right to cancel your order up to seven days after receiving the goods, including full refund of any payment made.
Remittance Terms
If you are paying by cheque, please make it payable to "ECEC". Any discount will be lost if payment is not received within 14 days.
